Returns & Exchanges

At ESN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ESN account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
